We are a volunteer-based group of parents of children with special needs with a passion for helping other children and families pave a path to success for their child. We host meetings with valuable guest speakers and common topics of interest, special educational events and work diligently to provide special needs families with the resources and insight to educational services and local-based programs they may need.
As a state-mandated organization, we meet monthly with the Director of Student Services to exchange information regarding special education programs, concerns, wants and issues from the community. This in turn allows us as parents to provide other parents with the most accurate information on special education laws, services and how to navigate your child's journey through school and beyond. We are always coming up with fun, social get together’s and other enjoyable opportunities within the community, among peers.
